EDA to host webinar on new CBRN Knowledge Base platform
The European Defence Agency (EDA) will host a webinar on its recently released CBRN Knowledge Base platform - developed jointly by the EDA and the Joint CBRN Defence Centre of Excellence in Vyškov, Czech Republic - on 11 March 2026 at 14:00 CET.
According to the EDA, the "new knowledge sharing platform aims to strengthen information exchange, improve situational awareness and stimulate collaboration across the EU CBRN defence community".
The platform contains nine different portal covering a range of CBRN topics, including: defence, defence procedures, events, news and trends, medical countermeasures and casualty care, research and innovation, toxic industrial materials, training and education, and military cooperation.
The objectives of the webinar are to provide an overview of the CBRN Knowledge Base structure, features and governance; to present registration and user-management features; demonstrate platform functionalities, and explain how the tool supports capability development, knowledge consolidation and networking.
