NuviaTech Instruments has announced the delivery and installation of one its NuClearance radiation portal monitors at a demolition company in Götzis, Austria.

Installed at Feuerstein Abbrüche und Demontagen OG, the NuClearance radiation portal is designed to detect hidden radioactive sources in incoming scrap and waste to help operators prevent contamination incidents, avoid costly disruptions and protect both personnel and facilities.

Posting on LinkedIn on 24 June, NuviaTech wrote that the project "marks the beginning of a new collaboration with Feuerstein OG, and we would like to thank their team for their trust throughout the process".

"A special congratulations also goes to our NUVIATech Instruments colleagues whose expertise, commitment, and teamwork ensured a smooth delivery from project preparation through installation and commissioning," the post added.
