Polimaster and Emaan International sign regional cooperation MoU

The Lithuanian radiation detection company Polimaster and the Saudi defence and security company Emaan International have signed a memorandum of understanding on technology and intellectual property transfer personal radiation dosimetry devices.

The signing took place during the World Defense Show, taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 8-12 February 2026.

More specifically, the memorandum outlines "structured cooperation in the field of personal radiation dosimetry solutions" and "a framework for technical collaboration and assessment of future development opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia".

In a post announcing the agreement on 12 February, Polimaster thanked Emaan International "for their trust and professionalism" and "look forward to the continued progress of this joint journey".

On their part, Emaan International wrote that the agreement "focuses on enhancing protection and preparedness against weapons of mass destruction, supporting the localisation of advanced technologies, strengthening national capabilities and empowering the specialised industrial sector" within Saudi Arabia.

At the signing ceremony, Emaan International were represented by CEO Mohammed Al Ibrahim. Polimaster were represented by their sales and marketing director, Volha Pupko.

Project management supervisor at Emaan International, Ahmed Al Naiem, was also in attendance.
