Srinagar Airport, Jammu & Kashmir, conducts three-day CBRN training
Srinagar Airport in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir has successfully conducted a three-day CBRN training programme from 12–14 March 2026 in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management and National Disaster Management Authority.
The programme witnessed active participation from multiple stakeholders, featuring expert-led sessions and practical demonstrations to enhance emergency preparedness.
The initiative concluded with an assessment and certification, equipping participants with vital skills to effectively respond to CBRN situations.
The 13th Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force also conducted an informative lecture on crisis communication during CBRN emergencies, which was then followed by a mock exercise.
